A professional kitchen for twenty people will be in operation within the Training Centre, which will be followed by a tasting room, where facilities will be created for the evaluation of the resulting technologically processed food products. The restaurant will offer a menu on a daily basis based on the products of the Training Centre, the menu will reflect trends in modern gastronomy and will also take into account the requirements for rational nutrition.
