V Praze vzniká unikátní výukové centrum pro studenty, inspirovalo se principy vědeckých inkubátorů a bude sloužit nejen studentům, ale i širší veřejnosti.
Studentům projekt umožní poznat celý řetězec činností při výrobě potravin: od získávání surovin přes jejich technologické zpracování až po až po uvedení finálního produktu na trh. V rámci praktické výuky se studenti například seznámí se zpracováním masa, mléka, obilovin, olejnin, ovoce, zeleniny a léčivých a aromatických rostlin.
