The official opening of the Food Pavilion of the FAPPZ on the ČZU campus is approaching, several plants will be launched in basic mode at the beginning of the summer, others will gradually join. In an interview, its director Ing. David Farský.
Vloni v říjnu byl zahájen provoz Potravinářského pavilonu. Již nyní lze říci, že se z velké částí naplnily původní vize a principy, které se od tohoto projektu očekávaly. Vznikla reálná a funkční potravinářská pracoviště propojující výuku s praxí a nabízející studentům hodnotu, která je nejen z pohledu trhu práce velmi očekávána.
